The words, “for He is good-Tov-טוב” refers to the Lower Kindness, which is the quality of foundation-Yesod, which is called good-Tov-טוב, as mentioned before. The words, “for His kindness endures forever-Le’Olam Chasdo-לעולם חסדו” refers to the middle kindness, which is the kindness of Avraham-Chessed l’Avraham, which is called “worldly kindness-Chessed Olam-חסד עולם,” as discussed above. and through this, he will understand many deep matters that are hinted in Torah.
